XII - THE HANGED MAN: BROKEN CIRCUIT
This was my very first piece of original artwork after I was laid off from Bungie in October, 2023. Processing my emotions was hard, but making this helped me work through them. The shattered sword, the sacred geometry, and the bloody skeleton all create a feeling of loss, to me. Losing this opportunity, losing what felt like my whole world. The sword, Bungie, what I chased for so long being shattered, and the red lines that broke it stabbing through the hand was the best way I could show my feelings.
